European Tour 07 - part. 3

After visiting the Pope in Rome and pay respect to the Queen in London, Fabio finally had some days off and decided to discover the hidden gem of the Adriatic see: TRIESTE
Trieste is where Castelinho38's minds were born and from where we receive constantly visitors. Annie was another gift we received from Trieste and after being a guest of us, she became part of our precious staff during 3 months.

Fabio came in time to admire the most famous and crowded sailing competition in Europe, BARCOLANA, which gather more then 2000 sailing boats of different sizes and ambitions. Stefano Peditto has been a perfect host, riding Fabio around on his scooter.

Being so close to the border with Slovenija (former republic of Yugoslavia) Fabio had the chance to explore a bit of its wines and culinary specialities together with the confusing crossroads. Now by the end of the month the border will be dismanteled as Slovenija is already part of the European Community, and finally people can come and go without stupid passport controls.
That s it for our first European Tour, special thanks goes to Fabio our respected Ambassador and all the friends and guests we had the pleasure to meet out there.....
